Shortcuts
Create quick text replacements triggered by specific phrases.
What Are Shortcuts?
Shortcuts let you say a short trigger phrase and output longer or formatted text.
Example:
Trigger: "my email"
Output: "john.smith@company.com"
When you say: "Send it to my email"
Wispli outputs: "Send it to john.smith@company.com"Creating Shortcuts
- Open Settings (gear icon)
- Go to Shortcuts tab
- Click Add Shortcut
- Enter:
- Trigger: What you'll say
- Replacement: What Wispli outputs
- Click Save

Tips
Trigger Phrases
- Use unique phrases unlikely to appear naturally
- Keep triggers short but specific
- Avoid common words that might false-trigger
Replacements
- Can include multiple lines
- Can include special characters
- Can include formatted text
Managing Shortcuts
Edit
- Settings → Shortcuts
- Click edit icon
- Modify and save
Delete
- Settings → Shortcuts
- Click delete icon
Enable/Disable
Toggle shortcuts on/off without deleting them.
